Please take the photos to show all details clearly, as soon as it is the quality problem, I will replace the bad items in next order, and compensate the loss of freight..
a.samples without customized logo and color are free, if you can accept the freight collected.
b.if you want to make samples with customized logo and color, you should pay for us making sample charge and freight.
What is the normal lead time ?
(1). For stock products, we will send goods to you within 12-24hours after we receive your payment.
(2). For surface handing products, the delivery time is within 7-10 work days after we receive your payment.
(3). For products we never manufactured, we could open the mould if needed.
